Managing director Karolin Wolf remains in the management and has announced proxy Claudia Krauß and Jens Nitz to work with her on the management level.

 

Claudia Krauß started her career as a sales assistant at Bräuer in December 2000. She was in charge of national and European customers for any resistance welding needs.
Mrs. Krauß organized and participated in many fairs, she has proven many times to perform excellent work even in stressful times. In September 2015 she accepted an offer to
continue working in the accounting department. Claudia Krauß took full care and responsibility for accounts payables and receivable.

 

Jens Nitz looks back on more than 2o years of company affiliation with Bräuer Systemtechnik GmbH. His first position as a production planner made him a very reliable and
experienced employee. The graduate mechanical engineer switched to the Technical Sales department a few years later.
In the past 15 years as a key account manager, he has been looking after major customers and is taking care from offer requests to any after-sale needs.
Jens Nitz was announced Head of Research & Development in 2017 and strives for continuous product improvements with his team.

 

Karolin Wolf joined Bräuer 12 years ago, first as a sales engineer within the Technical Sales Department. She assisted former Director of Sales, Michael Teutloff, as of March 2012.
Four years later she was announced proxy in December 2016 and continued working side by side with founder Andreas Bräuer.
She was appointed to the board of directors in May 2022.
